ENTRY STAGE - JUDGES NIKKI THORPE & GAIL VOYLE - GUN OIL INTERIOR SEARCH Definition of interior – any area/areas inside where doors can be closed ❖ 3 Hides ❖ 5-minute search time ❖ Surface hides (within reach of smallest dog) ❖ Blanks/Clean Shells (Max 3) ❖ One false call permissible ❖ Dogs can be rewarded in the search area EXTERIOR SEARCH Definition of exterior – any outside area/areas/perimeters. ❖ 3 hides ❖ 5-minute search time ❖ Surface hides (within reach of smallest dog) ❖ Blanks/Clean Shells (Max 3) ❖ One false call permissible ❖ Dogs can be rewarded in the search area VEHICLE SEARCH Definition of vehicles – any cars/vans/tractors/trailers/quad bikes etc ❖ 3 Hides ❖ 3 vehicles ❖ 5-minute search time ❖ Hides can be on the exterior of any vehicle ❖ Surface hides (within reach of smallest dog) ❖ Blanks/Clean Shells (Max 3) ❖ One false call permissible ❖ Dogs can be rewarded in the search area. SELECTION TEST Definition of items - tubs/boxes/shoes/plant pots/pipes/scent boxes/a combination of items ❖ 10 items ❖ 2 hides ❖ Dogs to be worked on a line ❖ Teams are not permitted to revisit items ❖ 1.5 minutes search time ❖ Blanks/Clean Shells (Max 2) ❖ One false call permissible ❖ Dogs can be rewarded in the search area. ❖ Items may be laid out in any pattern so long as it is clear to the judge which items have been searched NOTE – Your Trial Official may require you to work some or all the searches on a line. This may vary from venue to venue.

Cancellation Policy

TERMS FOR MANTRAILING All bookings can be cancelled two weeks before a session and receive a full refund. Cancellations one week before a session commences receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances abs prior written agreement unless the space on that particular session can be filled by another dog and handler team. TERMS FOR SCENT DETECTION Scent Workshop Once booked a workshop can be cancelled two weeks before workshop and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. Scentwork 1:1 Sessions Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Scent Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement.
