ALL BOOKINGS ARE FOR 1 HANDLER AND 1 DOG ONLY. EACH DOG MUST BE BOOKED SEPERATELY.

TERMS FOR MANTRAILING

All bookings can be cancelled two weeks before a session and receive a full refund. Cancellations one week before a session commences receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances abs prior written agreement unless the space on that particular session can be filled by another dog and handler team.

TERMS FOR SCENT DETECTION

Scent Workshop

Once booked a workshop can be cancelled two weeks before workshop and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement.

Scentwork 1:1 Sessions

Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Scent Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement.
